COVID-19 Policies and Resources
Alfa Surgery Center is closely monitoring and following the health and safety guidance established by national and local agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the California Department of Public Health which define the protocols and practices for our facility.
If you can answer yes to any of the following questions, we ask that you call the center and speak to a nurse.
1. Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours?
- Fever or Chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Congestion or runny nose
- Diarrhea
- Cough
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Nausea or vomiting
2. Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for at least 15 minutes) with a person who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 or with anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?
